Orders under €100: €10 flat shipping fee.
Orders over €100: Enjoy free shipping on us!

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. During high-demand periods, delivery may take up to 12-15 days.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept returns!
Returns
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Return Process: Fill out your request on the contact us page or email us at info.silkandsaffron@gmail.com to start a return. We’ll provide the necessary details and a prepaid label if applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
Exchanges
We’re happy to help with exchanges if stock allows. Just contact us to initiate an exchange.
Additional Details
Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos for a replacement.
